INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
We offer this program for graduates and college students looking for experience in finance and banking.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM:
We have several bank-wide Management Trainee programs across the country. Once accepted into the program, new trainees will participate in a fully paid 1 year-long training program with monthly rotations into various departments and regular one-on-one coaching sessions with their mentors. The following programs are an example of the types of trainee programs currently available. With the successful completion of the Trainee program, trainees are expected to move into management roles.
- Credit: Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting
- Sales: Relationship Management, Business Development Officers
- Operations: Mortgage, Back office, Commercial
- Technology: Systems Administration, Database Management, Network Engineering, Help Desk
- Audit: Internal Auditors
INTERNATIONAL CREDIT TRAINEE PROGRAM:
We provide trainees a fully paid training program with a rotation into various international locations. Our rotation program offers opportunities to work in the major cities linking the U.S. and Greater China such as Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Shanghai.
